The result is that the butterfly cannot fly across the ocean, Zheku cannot fly across the Mariana Islands, and even if the tape-out is successful, there is no way to launch our self-developed 3nm mobile phone SoC.
Later last year, when we were preparing to develop our own chips again, this time using a completely new process, we faced the same dilemma. I was almost in despair.
