Chapter 134: Kill the Chaos Evil Corpse

Chapter 134: Kill the Chaos Evil Corpse ( words, please subscribe)
Along with all the quasi-saints and powerful beings in the prehistoric world, most of the Golden Immortals went into seclusion for cultivation.

This caused the vast wilderness to stop fighting all of a sudden, and even the wizards and liches stopped all invasions and conquests.

The entire ancient world began to become peaceful and harmonious.

And in this tranquility, time flies, and before you know it, hundreds of epochs have passed.

……

Within the True Dragon Dao Realm.

Lei Ze has been in seclusion for hundreds of years.

Suddenly opened his eyes.

Thinking about the past hundreds of kalpas, I have gained an extremely detailed understanding of the deduction of the three methods of attaining enlightenment.

These three methods of attaining enlightenment are the path to achieving Hun Yuan. Lei Ze has already roughly deduced them based on the most detailed and meticulous method of attaining enlightenment through the Three Corpses.

……

Lei Ze also understood the three methods of attaining enlightenment. In practice, it is not the case that one can only practice one of them.

But you can choose according to your heart.

You can practice one method alone, or you can practice all three methods together.

Just look at your own choice.

……

After hundreds of years of closed-door deduction, Lei Ze also learned some key details that Hongjun did not mention in his sermons.

For example, merit and virtue lead to enlightenment.

Although one needs to accumulate infinite innate merits to achieve Hunyuan.

But in fact, it starts from the first step of quasi-sainthood.

Because from the first step of achieving the quasi-sainthood, one has embarked on the path of Hunyuan.

As long as one can have infinite merits, then one only needs to have the first step of quasi-saintly achievements to ascend to heaven in one step and directly achieve Hunyuan.

Moreover, as long as the Wuji Quasi-Saint's cultivation level and achievements are higher, the innate merits needed to accumulate to prove the Tao will be reduced accordingly.

In Lei Ze's deduction, if one could achieve the seventh step of quasi-sainthood and achieve Hunyuan, there would be no other invisible conditions.

Then only about one twelfth of the innate merit is needed to break through the last level and achieve Hunyuan.

That is to say, only about 10,800 kalpas of innate merit are needed.

Furthermore, if one has sufficient merit in the two methods of proving the Tao, namely, proving the Tao through the Three Corpses and proving the Tao through force, then the innate merit required can continue to decrease.

It is entirely possible to reduce it to one percent, or even less.

……

And if one's merits in the two methods of proving the Tao, namely, proving the Tao through the Three Corpses and proving the Tao through strength, then even if one proving the Tao through merit, one can break through the last level and attain Hun Yuan.

It is not necessarily possible to only achieve the Hunyuan Xuanshu and thus pick a Hunyuan Xuan fruit.

There is also the possibility of achieving the Hunyuan True Number and picking a Hunyuan True Fruit.

This is equivalent to saying that the method of attaining the Tao and achieving the Hunyuan Tao can actually only determine a minimum lower limit. As for the upper limit, it depends on the merits and foundation of each person.

……

In addition to these, Lei Ze also calculated a benefit of attaining enlightenment through merit.

That is, if you simply prove your truth through merit, you will be blessed by the universe and will be safe from disasters along the way.

During the seven steps of becoming a quasi-saint, the infinite calamity that would occur at every step would not appear.

Even the Hunyuan calamity that one must face in order to achieve the Hunyuan Dao will not occur.

However, this is limited to simply proving the truth through merit.

……

After deducing this information, Lei Ze felt relieved.

He said that if one wants to attain enlightenment through merit, one would need infinite innate merit to attain enlightenment of Hunyuan.

Then to a certain extent, it would not be much simpler than proving the truth through force, and it would not be the easiest and most convenient method among the three methods of proving the truth.

……

The Three Corpses prove the truth.

Compared with the method of attaining enlightenment through merit, it is relatively difficult and strict.

The difficulties and harshness require not only the reliance on innate spiritual treasures but also the need to slay the three corpses.

Each time you kill a corpse, you can only advance one step.

This means that before achieving Hunyuan, one can only assist in taking three steps at most.

Only when the three corpses are complete and the seventh-step quasi-saintly achievements are achieved, can one achieve Hunyuan based on the killed three corpses.

With such a simple calculation, among the seven steps to becoming a quasi-saint, four steps cannot be improved by relying on the Three Corpses Proof of Truth Method.

Therefore, it is up to the practitioner himself to decide at which step in the journey to quasi-sainthood to execute the three corpses.

For example, if one kills the three corpses at the first step of becoming a quasi-saint, then although it can greatly improve one's quasi-sainthood and combat power, it will easily cut off one's path forward.

Theoretically speaking, the later you kill the three corpses, the better.

It is best to achieve the seven steps to quasi-sainthood and then kill the three corpses.

Although you won't be able to improve your cultivation level at that time, you will be able to lay the most solid foundation besides proving your truth with strength.

So superficially speaking, the method of attaining enlightenment through the Three Corpses is not as convenient and mysterious as the method of attaining enlightenment through merit.

……

And use force to prove the Tao.

It is relatively the most difficult and the most stringent.

It cannot be like the way of proving the Tao through merit, which can accumulate with the improvement of the level of cultivation and the achievements of the Tao, thus reducing the magic power that needs to be practiced.

It is also not able to improve the quasi-saintly cultivation like the method of attaining enlightenment through merit or virtue, or even the method of attaining enlightenment through the three corpses.

Only after achieving the seven steps of quasi-sainthood and truly cultivating the magical power of infinite calamities, can one prove the truth through force and obtain a Hunyuan Holy Fruit.

Even if there is one yuan less of mana, it won't work.

…As I completed the deduction of these three methods of attaining enlightenment, I became familiar with them.

Lei Ze began to prepare for a breakthrough and achieve the fourth step of quasi-sainthood.

As for the method of breakthrough, it is naturally the Three Corpses Proof of Enlightenment Method.

There are three reasons for this.

Firstly, Hongjun's Immortal Path is actually a Hunyuan Path that was deduced by Hongjun based on his method of beheading the Three Corpses.

Whether it is the cultivation of the primordial spirit, or the slaying of the flower of the great way, the cultivation of the infinite great way celebration cloud, and the achievement of the quasi-saintly way, they are all preparations in advance for slaying the three corpses and proving the way of Hunyuan.

Secondly, although Lei Ze has reached the third-step quasi-saint realm, theoretically it is not the time for him to lay the most solid foundation for the Three Corpses Proving the Dao Method.

But in fact, Lei Ze's level of cultivation is the most suitable time to kill the three corpses.

It's too early to cut off the future.

But if it is too late, it is easy to have no way to break through.

Now the three steps of quasi-sainthood are just right.

After beheading the three corpses, he was exactly at the sixth step of quasi-sainthood. The final seventh step of quasi-sainthood, in fact, as long as he was not afraid of the endless calamities that would befall the great world, and his foundation in the first six steps was not a problem, he only needed to practice hard for a while, and he would be able to step into it naturally.

……

In addition to these two reasons.

The most crucial reason is that the quality of the innate spiritual treasure used to kill the three corpses will determine the background of the three corpses killed, and even determine the accumulation of merits of the Three Corpses' method of proving the Tao, and determine the possibility of successfully impacting Hunyuan.

And if the quality of the innate spiritual treasure used to kill the three corpses is high enough, it can also lay the most solid foundation of Hunyuan.

One can even use the Three Corpses method to establish a foundation that is almost as good as using strength to establish the truth.

……

In addition to this, the degree of refining of the innate spiritual treasure determines the difficulty of beheading the three corpses.

The deeper the degree of refining of the innate spiritual treasure, the easier it will be to kill the three corpses.

Conversely, the shallower the degree of refining of the innate spiritual treasure, the more difficult it will be to rely on the innate spiritual treasure to kill the three corpses.

This last reason is also the fundamental reason why Lei Ze decided to use the Three Corpses Proof of Truth method to make a breakthrough.

For Lei Ze, who has even completed the nine-turn ritual of refining his innate treasure, the Chaos Pearl, this method of beheading the three corpses to attain enlightenment is actually the easiest and simplest.

……

However, before he used the Three Corpses to prove his truth, killed the first corpse and achieved the fourth step of quasi-sainthood.

Lei Ze summoned back the Chaos Orb.

And hundreds of Yuanhui times ago, the true body of the supreme god and demon that contained the mark of the primitive times was completely eliminated.

Under the cover and isolation of the Chaos Pearl, he further completed the first transformation of his true form as a god or devil.

……

Sensing within the innate supreme treasure Chaos Pearl, the true body of the supreme god and demon that was 19,990,000 miles long was only about the last mile of the true body, and he deliberately did not make any changes.

Lei Ze's mind focused slightly.

Prepare to break through the two Hunyuan paths, Pangu Divine Path and Hongjun Immortal Path.

This brings about the opportunity for the second intersection and transformation of the true body and the primordial spirit.

……

As for the innate spiritual treasure that killed the first corpse.

Lei Ze made a decision without much thought and directly chose the innate treasure Chaos Pearl.

The reason is very simple.

It just happened to match the chaotic evil corpse that he was about to kill, and it was also the only innate treasure in his hand.

……

The Wuji Daluo innate primordial spirit of one thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine thousand miles away took the shape of a human head and a dragon body, with the mark of the twelve-grade black lotus at the center of the eyebrows emitting a faint light.

A vast cloud of infinite auspiciousness appeared in the void above his head.

Three Tao fruits float in it, connecting to an illusory small river of destiny.

The chaotic chaos bead was spinning around, circling the "past" chaos fruit.

……

And no one knows when, the mysterious dragon roar sounded all over Lei Ze's Wuji Daluo Yuanshen, like the roar of billions of real dragons.

It will even break through the spiritual treasure space and time opened up by the three flags of heaven, earth and five directions, and spread to the True Dragon Dao Realm.

I don’t know how much time passed in this dragon roar.

Suddenly, the mysterious dragon roar, which sounded like the roar of billions of real dragons, disappeared.

……

Silently.

Above that infinite auspicious cloud, the floating "past" Chaos Dao Fruit and the Chaos Pearl disappeared.

Instead, on the auspicious cloud of the Wuji Great Dao, where the Chaos Dao Fruit of the "past" was originally located, a figure appeared who looked extremely similar to Lei Ze.

They both have human heads and dragon bodies, and are both 19,990,000 miles long.

He was just wearing a Chaos Taoist robe and his eyes were of the color of Chaos, which made him very subtlely different from Lei Ze.

There was an innate malice in those chaotic eyes.

And as the auspicious cloud of the Great Dao appeared silently, this chaotic figure appeared.

In the dark, Lei Ze's aura underwent a transformation.

The infinite Daluo Yuanshen that is one thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine thousand miles away.

That cloud of celebration of the infinite great way.

And this chaotic figure sitting cross-legged on the auspicious cloud of the Infinite Great Dao.

They also began to grow and improve synchronously.
