Chapter 181 Final Strike

Chapter 181 Final Strike
Fang Han and Sanzang flew into the sky. There were clouds in front of them and a corner of the fairy palace could be seen in the distance.

The two looked at each other. They had already been explained and probably knew each other's identities. Sanzang spoke first: "I will go to the Western Paradise where the Buddha is. I will leave the Heavenly Palace to you for now. I will be there soon."

Fang Han felt a dull pain in his head, with memories of his past and present lives mixed together. When he saw Sanzang speaking, he calmed down and nodded. Then they went their separate ways, one to the east and the other to the west.

Sanzang flew westward without stopping for a moment, and saw the Buddha's light shining in the far west. He knew he had come to the right place, so he flew straight in without any hesitation.

The ancient Leiyin Temple is where all Buddhas have lived for a long time. Sanzang walked barefoot past many Buddhist temples, but he never saw a single Buddha or monk.

When they arrived at the Leiyin Temple, the door was closed. Sanzang stepped forward and pushed it, and the door opened.

I saw a giant Buddha sitting steadily on a lotus platform, surrounded by Buddhas and Bodhisattvas guarding him, which was exactly the same as the Great Demonic Sound Temple.

Sanzang took a quick glance and found that there were very few Buddhas. Most of them were just lotus seats, but no Buddha was sitting upright. When he walked closer, the Buddhas revealed their true forms, all of which had turned into golden statues. There was no sound, only bursts of Buddha's light rising from the giant Buddha's body in the hall.

Coming to this place that all monks longed for, where Buddhism was, Sanzang was not excited at all. He had already severed himself from Buddhism. Although he had a Buddhist heart, he was incompatible with Buddha!

"It seems that the Western Paradise has also been greatly affected by the Juedi Tiantong. Even the Buddha has suffered a disaster. Well, I will send the Buddha off."

As Sanzang was thinking this, he saw cracks on the golden Buddha statues climbing up like a spider web.

"It seems that they are still alive, but they just used some tricks to stay alive and avoid disaster. Even the Buddha cannot figure out the mystery of life and death?"

"I am Sanzang, the humble monk, and I am here to escort the Buddha to Nirvana."

After Sanzang finished speaking, balls of golden light flew out and transformed into Buddhas and demons.

The golden statue fell off piece by piece, revealing the Buddha and Arhat inside. The Buddhas and demons laughed and each found their target. Those with empty seats sat down, while those without empty seats pounced on the Buddha on the seat, with a look of detachment and compassion on their faces.

When the Buddha and the devil come into contact, those with weak Buddha power will gradually merge into one with the Buddha and the devil, while those with strong Buddha power will emit golden light and isolate the Buddha and the devil from the outside.

"Buddha's Enemy!"

An arhat who had just woken up shouted, "Brothers, wake up quickly. There are enemies of the Buddha who are rebelling and acting on behalf of the Buddha, shaking the foundation of our Buddhism. A disaster has arrived!"

There were sounds of laughter, anger, and shouting, but Sanzang seemed not to hear them and just stared at the giant Buddha's golden body falling to pieces.

"Amitabha."

The Buddha's voice is like a huge bell, resounding through heaven and earth. The Buddha has awakened.

Chacha——

Fang Han walked through Tianmen, which had collapsed, leaving only fragments. The golden plaque with "Nantianmen" written on it was broken, and he was a little confused.

"This was not the case in my previous life. Where did the four gatekeepers and the spiritual officer go?"

Fang Han thought about how in his previous life, in order to seek the secret of eternal life, he ascended to heaven and attacked the sky. But as soon as he arrived at the South Gate of Heaven, he was stopped by the righteous gods called the Four Heavenly Kings. He had to fight with them before he defeated them.

But today the world is so desolate that he can't help but think too much.

Suddenly, shouts and screams were heard, and Fang Han heaved a sigh of relief. He was not used to the silent scene just now, and it was easier when there were people around.

A smile appeared on Fang Han's lips, and then he felt a strong murderous intent, which was nothing more than killing them all. He did not come here to do good deeds.

Seeing the source of the shouting and killing, Fang Han paused. It was a group of heavenly soldiers and generals, but they were different from the ones he had seen in his previous life, wearing white armor, holding swords, and advancing and retreating in a measured manner. Now, the eyes of the heavenly soldiers were all stained with black air, and black mud was churning in their white armor. When they saw Fang Han, they swarmed up, and there was no dignity left in the heavenly army formation.

Fang Han thought about it, flipped through the Ghost Sutra, clicked a few times, and then ghost soldiers appeared and marched in formation.

When the two collided, the sound of fighting was so loud that it reached the sky. One was full of ghostly aura, and the other was rolling in black mud. Neither of them looked like good people, but rather like two groups of evil spirits!
Although there were many heavenly soldiers, there were even more ghost generals. Most of the fierce and vicious ghosts from the underworld gathered together and drowned that group of heavenly soldiers in the ghost tide, and they could not make much waves.

Fang Han walked forward cautiously with fear in his heart. After walking for a while, he met an immortal blocking the way. He was wearing a moon-white robe, a sword with thousands of floating silk threads, long eyebrows and white beard, and had an immortal look.

But now he looked quite embarrassed. His eyes, which should have shown compassion for all living beings, were obscured by black air. Black mud rolled under his moon-white robe. With a sharp scream, he pounced towards Fang Han.

Fang Han raised the Sword of Exorcism and cut the immortal in half from the shoulder. His body was separated, and there was no flesh and bones left in the body, only swirling black mud. Without the restraints of its shape, the black mud seeped into the ground, tumbling and disappearing.

"Black mud, turbid evil roots, and the remaining poison of incense! I'm afraid that something big has happened in heaven, and all the immortals are in trouble!"

He no longer hesitated and flew straight to the nine-story palace, the Dome of the Sky Palace, where the Immortal Lord resided.

The further I flew, the more frightened I became. I saw that the entire Heaven was covered in black mud. There was no sign of any immortals or gods. The puddles of black mud looked like spots on white jade, extremely eye-catching.

"If I had come a little later, would the Heavenly Palace have been swallowed up by the black mud? Once the Jedi Heavenly Passage was gone, the black mud rolled down, and there was no place for ghosts or humans to survive. Subhuti never mentioned this. Was it his plan, or was there another hidden secret?"

Fang Han looked at the heaven which was very different from the scene in his previous life and landed in front of the Qiongxiao Palace.

"The Lord of Heaven is inside. If there is any hidden secret, I'm afraid the Immortal Venerable knows it best."

He took a deep breath and pushed open the door.

I saw the stilts in the hall falling down, the immortal platform overturned, and the whole place in a mess. A pool of black water gathered in the hall. Looking closely, it was made of black mud, flowing freely like a pool of water.

A figure sat alone on the golden throne, wearing a golden dragon robe and a fairy pearl crown. There was a halo of light covering his head from behind. The divine light shone so brightly that his face could not be seen clearly. It was none other than the Lord of Heaven, the Emperor of Heaven, the Immortal Lord!

Seeing Fang Han coming in, the Immortal Venerable slowly stood up and looked up at Fang Han.

"You finally came!"

With the black pool as the dividing line, the emperor in the golden dragon robe and the ghost emperor in the black robe stood opposite each other, one was the sky, the other was the earth, the emperor faced emperor, and the king faced king.

"I'm finally here, what does that mean?" Fang Han said in a cold voice.

The Immortal Venerable also had no expression on his face: "Come and face your fate."

The word fate made Fang Han's eyes shrink: "Your Excellency, as the Lord of Heaven, also believes in fate? But I don't believe it."

"Oh? Didn't your memories of your past life tell you that coming here is your destiny?" The Immortal Lord said with a smile.

Fang Han's face darkened: "Sure enough, you tampered with my memory!"

"No, no, no, everything you experienced was true, and your memory is not false, it's just that there is a slight discrepancy." The Immortal Venerable got a little talkative and pointed at the black pool, "Do you know what this is?"

Seeing Fang Han didn't respond, he shook his head and said, "How boring! I went through so much hardship to find love, but you were born with love but you turned into a heartless person. I was willing to endure the hardships, but you just threw me away. It's really unfair."

The Immortal Venerable sighed: "You should have the Black Pond in your memory. It was originally called Huanxian Pond."
