242. The End of the Chapter

Final words
It’s finished. Xiao Pujie’s first book is finished.

I won’t write any remarks. What remarks should I make about a book that is a complete failure and has so many flaws?

First of all, I would like to thank all the readers who have followed me here. Thank you very much.

Give you guys a thumbs up!!!
I basically read all your comments, but rarely reply because I am not a full-time author. I have a full-time job and my schedule is tight.

I also saw a lot of people scolding me and criticizing me, although I definitely felt unhappy watching them (those who are happy after being scolded are masochists)

But I know that what I wrote does have a lot of problems, including bugs, plot holes and so on. I noticed them later, but it’s hard to change them.

Go ahead and curse me, it was not well written to begin with.

I didn't have much energy to revise it, so I just patched it up and tried to smooth it over, which seemed to cause more problems (Alas, I am useless.)
This book has many twists and turns at the beginning.

In the early stages of writing a new book, I barely made it through the PK stage and had the possibility to continue writing.

But then I got the May Day holiday. Because of the adjustment of work after the holiday, work piled up like a mountain and I was completely unable to handle it.

I stopped updating for a while, and I wonder if the readers at that time are still reading it now.

Later I asked the editor, since I stopped updating, is there any need to continue writing? The editor said I could try, but I guess the traffic would not be big. So I wanted to give up at that time, but there were readers who kept urging me and leaving messages. What made me feel the most guilty was that there were also big rewards at that time.

I was really ashamed that I wanted to let it go, so I picked it up again.

I thought that if I really couldn't bring the dead back to life, the worst that could happen was that I could write an ending of 100,000 words.

But in the end I actually got recommended. I got recommended when I had written 100,000 words. I am really grateful to the readers who kept urging me to update.

However, due to the twists and turns in the middle, I modified the original plot and it became full of loopholes.

Problems gradually emerged later.

The current ending is very hasty, and there are many holes that have not been filled, but I am afraid that the more I fill them later, the more holes there will be, so let's end it here.

It also helps me accumulate some experience and prepare for the next book.

Next time I write a book, I will keep a draft and never stop updating!
